ISSA Personal Trainer
Milena has been an instructor for eight years teaching ballet, jazz, musical theatre and tap for companies throughout the lower mainland. She was vocally trained in Opera, Jazz and Musical Theatre and in the last five years, has developed a passion for fitness and healthy living.

Nycole has recently returned home from life at sea with Royal Carribean Cruise Lines. Prior to her departure, she was the recipient of numerous Triple and Future threat awards as a result of her incredible well-rounded dance training. She shares her love of dance with her husband and 1 year-old son.
Currently enrolled at Street Kings Academy, Kristina has hip hop training in the following styles: waacking, house, krump, popping, breaking, locking, old school, new school and jookin. She’s worked closely with many iconic hip hop artists and has represented Team Canada twice at IDO Competiton.

Dance Arts Graduate - Grant McEwan University
Born in Toronto, ON, Sherrie has attended, instructed, choreographed and danced at world-renowned companies. Her professional dance career includes commercial and theatre credits from all over Canada and the US, and her choreography has won distinguished International awards.
Ballet // Tap
Originally from Calgary, AB, Sarah has a background in various styles of dance such as ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop. She shares her love for dance at local studios and is great at working with children. She is currently attending Simon Fraser University for business with a minor in Kinesiology.
Masha was a Professional Ballerina for the National Theatre of Belgrade and the Madlenijanum Opera. She has a wealth of knowledge and extensive training in ballet styles such as R.A.D., Cecchetti and Vaganova.
B.C Felions Cheerleader
With experience in film, television and theatre, Jessica specializes in Acrobatics. Her performance and teacher training came from local schools such as West Coast Contortion and Vancouver Circus School. Her choreography and teaching style are dance focused.
